A Journey from Silence to Support
With more than 30 years of experience as a spiritual mentor, Chris Yarger offers trauma-informed peer support for survivors seeking safety, understanding, and connection. His approach weaves together breath-work, mindfulness, meditation and other grounding techniques to help others calm the nervous system, rebuild self-trust, and nurture lasting resilience.
Lived Experience, Compassionate Guidance
As a childhood sexual abuse (CSA) survivor, Chris understands how trauma can fragment the body and mind. His own healing journey shaped his belief that transformation happens through presence, not pressure. He meets each person where they are—with empathy, education, and gentle pacing—to support healing at their own rhythm.
A Trauma-Informed Approach
Chris integrates evidence-based grounding tools with mindful awareness practices that empower survivors to reconnect with their bodies and emotions safely. Whether through one-on-one sessions, group spaces, or online resources, his focus is on restoring a sense of choice, safety, and self-connection.
Guiding Philosophy
Healing is not about becoming someone new—it’s about remembering who you are beneath what happened. Through steady guidance, Chris helps others rediscover that inner strength, rebuild trust in their own wisdom, and take each step toward wholeness with compassion.
