A Journey from Silence to Support
For over 30 years, I’ve walked beside individuals and families through seasons of learning, growth, and healing. From leading community groups and homeschooling co-ops to mentoring those seeking purpose and belonging, my path has always centered on helping others find their voice and their strength. As a mother of seven, I bring a nurturing perspective rooted in empathy, understanding, and lived experience.
Lived Experience, Compassionate Guidance
As a survivor of sexual and narcissistic trauma, I understand how silence can shape a life—and how courage slowly rebuilds it. My lived experience allows me to meet others where words often fail, offering a steady, empathetic presence that reminds you: you are not alone in this work.
A Trauma-Informed Approach
Through peer-to-peer support, trauma-informed education, and gentle practices for grounding and self-awareness, I help others reconnect to safety within themselves. Healing isn’t about rushing forward—it’s about creating space for curiosity, pacing, and trust to return.
Guiding Philosophy
I believe that healing is a process of remembering our worth and reclaiming the parts of us that were silenced. My work is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and respect for each person’s unique path. Together, we cultivate resilience, presence, and the freedom to become whole again.
