Service Description
This virtual class supports survivors of trauma in reconnecting with their inner strength through gentle, trauma-informed mindfulness practices and breathwork techniques. In a safe, non-judgmental space, participants learn practical tools to help calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and foster a sense of grounding in the present moment. 8-Week Rotating Schedule Our Mindfulness & Breathwork Group Classes follow an eight-week rotation. Each week introduces a new practice designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and build inner safety. You’re welcome to join at any point in the cycle—each class stands on its own, yet together they create a steady rhythm of healing and growth. Weekly Themes: Creating a Safe Space Diaphragmatic Breathing Grounding Breathwork Gentle Body Scan Affirmations (“I am love,” “I am whole,” and more) Mantra Meditation (“I Am”) Mindfulness with Parts Visualization What to Expect: Trauma-Informed Approach: All exercises are adaptable and guided with sensitivity, allowing you to move at your own pace. Mindfulness Meditation: Gentle awareness practices to help strengthen the mind-body connection. Breathwork: Simple, calming techniques that support emotional regulation and a sense of safety in the body. Privacy: All participants remain off-camera to support comfort and confidentiality. This class offers an opportunity to practice self-care, build resilience, and connect with a supportive community—from the comfort of your own space. Booking Policy
By scheduling a session, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to participate in No Longer Silent’s Peer Mentoring and/or Grounding Support Program. Our services provide survivor-to-survivor connection and trauma-informed education through shared experience and practical guidance. They are not a substitute for licensed therapy, crisis services, or medical care. Informed Consent Sessions offer peer mentoring, grounding, and trauma-informed support only. We do not diagnose, assess, or treat mental health conditions. Our grounding sessions include guided mindfulness and breathwork practices designed to support self-regulation and nervous system awareness. If you are in crisis or need clinical help, please contact a licensed provider or emergency services. Privacy & Confidentiality Personal information (name, contact, brief background) is collected only to tailor support. Your information remains confidential and accessible only to authorized staff. Disclosure may occur only when required by law—for example, to prevent imminent harm. Please note: No Longer Silent is not a HIPAA-covered entity. Client Intake I agree to provide accurate personal and background information. This data is used solely for my participation in the program and is never shared or sold. Rights & Responsibilities You have the right to: • Be treated with respect, dignity, and privacy. • Receive clear information about the limits of peer support. • Participate voluntarily and withdraw at any time. You agree to: • Provide honest information during sessions. • Engage respectfully and understand that support is educational and non-clinical. • Contact emergency services (911 in the U.S.) or a licensed provider if a crisis arises. Remote Sessions Virtual sessions are held through secure online platforms. While we strive for privacy and reliability, technical issues may occur and complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation Policy Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in rescheduling limitations. No Longer Silent reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions when necessary. By scheduling, I confirm that I have read and agree to these terms, acknowledging that No Longer Silent provides peer mentoring and grounding support only—not therapy or medical care.
