The deep sadness caused by CSA is not just about what happened. It is about the life it shaped and the ways you learned to survive. As I began to understand my patterns and process what I had carried, I realized some things do not disappear. They remain, like a scar, tender at times, asking only to be seen and cared for.

I have many stories. Some I still can’t tell without my throat closing or my hands trembling. As a survivor of CSA, narcissistic abuse, and loss—I’ve learned that the act of speaking, even softly, is its own kind of power.
